How We Operate

Full time property managers

Our clients trust us with their properties because Property management is what we do, we have been in your shoes and our hands on experience have prepared us for any challenge. Our team seeks Landlord and Tenant resolution training biannually through Associations and Consultants.

Financial Reporting

We will provide monthly and annual statements reporting all charges and expenses. Your tenants will also receive their annual Statements automatically. Through your Owner’s portal you will have access to the financials related to your investment.

Rent Collection

We will collect rents on your behalf to our Trust Account and distribute automatically to the bank of your choice in Canada.  Should a tenant not pay rent according to the terms of the lease agreement we will handle the necessary steps to collect the rent by serving notices in accordance to the Landlord and Tenant Board regulations.

Marketing and Advertising

We take pride in advertising your property and finding the right tenant.  With Social Media and internet marketing at our disposal we will market your property until it is rented and also create a wait list data-base to re rent in the future.

Tenant Screeing

Screening tenants is one of the most important duties we are responsible for.  Our screening process is thorough and tedious for your protection.  We check credit, references and seek the right tenant for your property to protect your investment.

Property Inspections

Our staff will inspect your property periodically. This allows us to identify maintenance items, tenant negligence and preventative measures.  We will provide you with a with detailed report outlining the current condition and items requiring immediate attention.

24/7 Maintenance

We have a dedicated emergency line to handle after hours repairs.  We are on call around the clock so you don’t have to be. Our network of tradespeople are ready to handle any issue, big or small, whenever they arise.
